Serranos Participate in Bronx Pride
Last Saturday, Congressman Serrano and State Senator Serrano joined the Bronx Pride celebration in Crotona Park. The yearly celebration is organized by the Bronx Community Pride Center, which in addition to being a center for the LGBT community in the Bronx, also provides much needed support to and services for LGBT youth in the borough. The celebration this year was bolstered by the recent passage of marriage equality in New York State, which finally allows all couples to be married.
