Please join us this Tuesday as Congressman Serrano honors the Bronx Dominican Parade and its 16 years of service to the
Bronx
and the Dominican community of
New York
. The parade organization’s reach extends beyond its very successful parade and festival, and includes scholarships, cultural events, and international humanitarian aid.  Congressman Serrano will present the parade directors, Felipe Febles and Rosa Ayala, with a statement in the Congressional Record that acknowledges the organization’s contributions to the borough.
