“It is always a pleasure for me to participate in the annual House Arts Competition,” said Congressman Serrano. “This event is a testament to the abundance of artistic talent in our nation. I am proud to have Misra’s photograph represent the Bronx in the Capitol.”
The winning entries were unveiled on June 24, 2009, and will be displayed for one year.
